This Apartment is a brand new fully renovated self-contained timber cathedral ceilings Private one bedroom apartment situated on the upper level of the Cascades complex.
The lounge features a real wood fireplace ready to go with wood supplied. Private fully renovated bathroom. The bedroom consists of a Queen bed. single bunk and a trundle to sleep four people.

The kitchen is fully renovated equipped with new oven, gas hotplates, new microwave oven, and a new fridge. There is also an island bench setting to seat 4 people. From your cozy upstairs lounge, you can look out across the magnificent snow gums for that true alpine experience. Kindling is provided to start you off then Guests are required to cut there own firewood.

The lounge has a brand new recliner chair with recliner couch, new flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, and CD player.

This apartment sleeps up to 4 people.

Room 1 (sleeps 4) : 1 Queen bed and 1 single bunk bedside 1 trundle

Linen: pillows and doonas/blankets are supplied, however, you will need to bring your own linen and towels or hire a linen pack from Guest Services, pre-booking is advised.

* There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together), Sunday through to and including Thursday is a one-night minimum stay with an $80 surcharge.
